| Ken & Bev Small |
| Ken Small is originally from Scotland and he brings with him a great sense of humor and sound values that are examples to all of those he works with. Ken is married to Beverly Small, and she is a great support not only to Ken, but to the Ministries of RLM. In 1996 Dennis and Debbie Hollenbeck were recruited to come along side and help develop the Ministry Programs in Ensenada. Over the last six years Dennis and Debbie have helped oversee the different aspects of ministry, and they help direct the house building Projects. Dennis and Debbie are full-time Missionaries in Ensenada and it is their goal to see that your time here in Mexico is effective, and that lives are touched. The Hollenbeck's have seen the importance of "Family" and through out their history here in Mexico they have involved their whole family in Ministry. They also play active roles in their Church Iglasia Bautista Dios Es Amor, and feels that partnership within the local church is essential to a growing ministry. Dennis' background includes working for United Parcel Service for 15 years, and 7 of those years was involved in Full Time Management. To this day he still holds to many of the tools he learned in Management, Motivation, and Skill development. Debbie comes from a background of Teaching and she has put that experience into developing Vacation Bible Schools, and Home schooling their two daughters. |
